There are two types of filtration vessels available: vacuum filtration vessels connected by grinding ports and pressure filtration vessels connected by threaded ports. Customers can choose the equipment according to their own reaction needs.

>The filter support can be selected from PE/PTFE support rings, porous glass support plates, etc. It can also be customized according to customer requirements. In terms of flexibility, it is closely related to and meets customer needs to a large extent

>The PTFE support adapter can choose between two discharge methods: PTFE bottom discharge or side discharge. When discharging at the bottom, the ACE threaded interface liquid receiving bottle can be selected to receive liquid without contacting the external environment

>The filter can be made of special process sintered glass material, PE material or paper, with multiple pore size specifications to choose from

>The jacket temperature control method can be selected, and the jacket covers the reaction mixing and filtration parts. During filtration, there will be no chaotic phenomenon of solid precipitation after crystallization caused by unstable temperature control; The jacket water bath connector is an ACE SAFE connector, which is not easily damaged and even if damaged, it is very easy to replace without affecting the entire kettle body; The temperature control of the entire kettle is precise and stable, which helps to achieve uniform crystallization
